Important Update on Title IX Regulations
On January 9, 2025, a federal district court in Kentucky vacated the 2024 Title IX regulations, deeming them unconstitutional under the Administrative Procedure Act. As a result, the 2020 Title IX regulations have been reinstated as the governing framework, requiring institutions to immediately adjust their policies and procedures.
