About Our Founder
I am an experienced attorney and legal strategist with nearly a decade of litigation and compliance expertise, specializing in Title IX advocacy and legal support. Over the course of my career, I have represented nearly 100 clients in Title IX matters across various educational institutions, including elementary and high school students, undergraduate and graduate students, Ph.D. candidates, faculty members, and administrative staff. My work has focused on ensuring fairness, due process, and compliance with federal regulations, whether advocating for complainants or respondents in investigations and hearings, advising educators facing complaints, or guiding institutions on compliance and policy development.
Having served as Associate General Counsel for KIPP DC Public Charter Schools, a Senior Associate at Kinner & McGowan, PLLC, and a Litigation Associate at Ethridge, Quinn, Kemp, Rowan & Hartinger, I have developed a deep understanding of Title IX litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk management. My leadership in the field is underscored by my appointment to the Board of Governors for the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland and my current role as a Board Member for the Bar Foundation of Montgomery County, Maryland.
Now, as the Founder of Webb Consulting Group (WCG), I am fully dedicated to providing Title IX legal support and compliance services to students, parents, educators, and institutions. My mission is to help clients navigate the complexities of Title IX investigations, hearings, appeals, and compliance requirements with strategic, client-focused legal solutions.
With a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University, I bring a unique perspective that blends legal acumen with strategic business insight. I have been recognized for my legal excellence as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” (2023-24) and a Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” (2023-24).
Through WCG, I remain committed to ensuring that every client receives expert guidance, zealous advocacy, and unwavering support in all Title IX-related matters.
