Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Webb Consulting Group ('WCG') we are committed to providing comprehensive and high-quality legal consulting services. Due to the nature of our services, we have specific guidelines for refunds and cancellations to maintain professionalism and transparency.​

  • Specialized Services: Fees for ongoing legal representation are billed according to the terms in the engagement agreement. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. 

  • Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of WCG and assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

  • We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review our policies regularly to stay informed.

Fulfillment Policy​​

WCG provides legal documents, contracts, and related consulting deliverables electronically. The following policy outlines how we fulfill and deliver our services.​

  • Document Delivery: Completed legal documents and agreements will be sent via secure email or uploaded to a secure client portal by the agreed-upon deadline. 

  • Physical Deliverables: For services requiring physical documentation, shipment is available upon request and will be delivered through a tracked mail service.  

  • Digital Access: Clients will have 24/7 access to digital documents through the client portal. 

  • We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review our policies regularly to stay informed.

Terms and Conditions​

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WCG's website and services. By assessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. as well as applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any of the stated Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.​

  • Service Description: WCG provides legal consulting services including but not limited to litigation support, contract review, and Title IX representation. 

  • User Obligations: Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the fulfillment of services.  

  • Prohibited Uses: By accessing this site, you agree that you will not engage in the following prohibited activities:

    • Using the site in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in any manner that is unlawful.

    • Copying, modifying, or creating a derivative work from the Content, or allowing a third party to do so.
